Took wife’s 2017 enclave in for warranty work, dead battery and no start. While it was there they decided the a/c system needed cleaned and took it apart to do so. Had to take the car back 2 more times because the a/c system didn’t work after they cleaned it. For icing on top, we went to return the enclave lease there and they refused to accept it because we leased it from different dealer. You can return gm lease at any dealer. xxxx poor service work and xxxx poor customer service…. Never again!

I would like to thank my salesperson, Will Smith, for his help with the purchase of our new Buick. I would not normally give Buick a look but he pointed out the positive advantages over our Terrain. He also found a vehicle at another dealer when the model we wanted was not on Sim's lot.

I went in to buy a 2012 Jeep Liberty and it was even nicer than described. I test drove it and asked to inspect the undercarriage. My Salesman happily obliged and took me and the car to service. Pricing was fair and i was in and out of the finance office in 15 minutes. Very fast and friendly.

This dealership is one of the best dealerships that I have ever dealt with. Everything was great from start to finish. I received a phone call from Nikki Wyllie after my initial online inquiry and she was so nice, then once I came in and met with Zachary he was was so professiona. He wasn’t pushy but he was straightforward which I liked. Then when it was time to sign my paperwork Natalie Fisher was so helpful and had me laughing the entire time.
